PIN less: How it works

If you have to make a call from your registered phone number, follow these steps:

• Dial your Local Access Number, provided in the website or by Customer Care followed by the # key :
• When the system prompts you to enter the desired destination number, then enter the country code then city code (for Landline Numbers) then the destination number.

For Example See the following format :-

For Land line:
Local Access Number + Country Code + Area Code + Destination Land Line Number + # (Key)
Example:
21031335 + 91 + 11 + 23456789 + # Key

For Mobile:

Local Access Number + Country Code + Destination Mobile Number + # Key
Example:
21031335 + 91 + 9212345678 + # Key

If you have to make a call from your unregistered phone number, follow these steps:

• Dial your Local Access Numbers provided in the website or provided by the Customer Care followed by the # key.
• When the system prompts you to enter your PIN number, enter your unique PIN Number provided by our 24/7 Customer Care Service. Then dial your destination Land Line or Mobile number.

For Example See the following format :-

For Land line:
Local Access Number + PIN Number +Country Code + Area Code + Destination Land Line Number + # Key
Example:
21031335 + ******** + 91 + 11 + 23456789 + # Key

For Mobile
